About the

Role:

KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is looking for an experienced and driven General Foreman to lead our electrical crews in Barstow, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Overtime Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews and subcontractors on the job site Interpret and execute work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols Monitor project progress, scheduling, and manpower to meet deadlines and budget goals Communicate regularly with project managers regarding job status, material needs, and workforce requirements Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and on-site training for crew members Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to journeymen and apprentices Ensure quality control and code compliance throughout all phases of electrical installation

Requirements:

Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred 5+ years of electrical field experience with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction safety regulations Proven ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate with general contractors Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 30 certification a plus Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening You do not need to live in Texas to apply.
