Job Description GridSource, LLC. is seeking a local Telecommunication Aerial Foreman in Grand Coteau, LA to join our team!

Pay Range:

$25-30 per hour depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate anticipates customer needs and provides solutions that address both current and future requirements. Telecommunication Aerial Foreman Actively manage all Telecommunication Aerial crews, maintenance and new build projects and efforts. Help with site prep and make ready projects in other construction divisions.

•Must have knowledge of pole attachments, setting poles, lashing cable & be willing to train other crew members Must have valid CDL Read and update as-builts Manage crews of technicians Must know how to set poles Hanging aerial cable Pole attachments Must know how to read prints Must be able to pass a drug screen What you will do: The Aerial Foreman directs and supervises crews on different projects and tasks and makes sure everything is finished in a reasonable and timely manner. They ensure that all tasks are completed within the safety protocols and guidelines. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for placing strand, fiber, anchors, and proper hardware. Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck and work aloft. Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal. Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers and customers in a timely and professional manner. Knowledge of various telecommunication construction duties. Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques. Employees may be required to work more than 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands GridSource, LLC.
