• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors, foremen, to lead and oversee electrical projects within our construction operations.

In this dynamic role, you will manage electrical teams on-site, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate project activities to deliver quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and technical skills will drive the successful execution of complex electrical installations across diverse projects. Duties Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, and safety protocols Lead and manage electrical teams, providing clear direction, training, and support to optimize productivity and quality of work Review project plans, specifications, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of electrical systems Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools for project planning, scheduling, and documentation Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling using Primavera P6 and manage project timelines effectively Conduct quality control inspections to verify compliance with industry standards, OSHA regulations, and client requirements Oversee budgeting processes related to electrical work, including cost estimates and resource allocation Read blueprints and schematics accurately; use tools like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues on-site Ensure all work complies with safety standards by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety audits Collaborate with project managers on contracts, change orders, and procurement activities related to electrical components Experience Proven supervisory experience in electrical construction or related fields within heavy civil or industrial projects Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction management practices Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar software tools Hands-on experience with construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management processes Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical system troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards applicable to construction sites involving electrical work Supervising experience leading teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards Join us to lead innovative projects that shape the future of construction.
