The Foreman is expected to lead a team of individuals from the range of 2 to 30 people on various current and future projects. They must also have experience working with owners, project managers, and a track record of implementing quality control and safety procedures on small to large commercial projects. Daily Reports such as, JSA's and Time Sheets are expected to submitted for every work shift along with photographs of job's progress.

Important Things To Note:

Candidate will be a Non-Employee 1099 Contractor. Candidate must have 5 years of Commercial Construction experience and framing tools. Candidate must be thoroughly knowledgeable in Metal Stud Framing, Wall Layouts, Drywall Hanging, and Acoustical Ceiling Tile. Candidate must be moderately knowledgeable in Drywall Finishing and Painting for quality control. Pay starting at $25.00. Could be more depending on experience. Candidate must have reliable transportation. Candidate that is willing to travel. Bi-lingual Candidates are a plus.
