Electrical Foreman - Industrial

• Job Summary
• Ardent Services, LLC Directly supervise and participate in the installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within a certain scope of the project. Capable of supervising small crews of craft persons with guidance from General Foreman. \#ardent #CB1 #LI-RD1
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• + Able to evaluate and assign work from drawings and diagrams.

+ Layout the work for the employees in crew. + Complete regular safety walk through and weekly inspections with General Foreman. + Plan, Effectively Communicate and Monitor crew's progress, direct the crew and inform General Foreman of job status. + Knowledge of company's and clients safety programs and requirements. + Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and OSHA Electrical Safe Work Practices + Knowledge of use, limitations and maintenance of all Personal Protective Equipment required for the assigned work. + Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with working from elevated work areas and personnel lift equipment. + Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures associated with the assigned work including but not limited to Lockout/Tagout, Confined Spaces, Emergency Action Plans, Safe Work Permits, Incident Reporting, and Hazcom procedures.
