This is not a sit-in-the-truck management position. We are looking for a leader who is willing to work alongside the crew, set the pace on the jobsite, solve problems in the field, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, communicate with management, and jump in wherever needed to keep the project moving forward. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily jobsite operations. Work alongside crews performing carpentry, structural, excavation, concrete, and general construction tasks. Coordinate laborers, carpenters, equipment operators, and subcontractors. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules. Maintain project quality, productivity, and safety standards. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance. Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs. Track daily progress and communicate updates to management. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget. Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional. Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and workmanship. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction experience. Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred. Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and structural construction. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools safely. OSHA 30 Certification preferred. Valid Driver's License required. CDL is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, lifting, and standing. Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience. Overtime opportunities.
