We are a leading commercial subcontracting company specializing in heavy steel framing, drywall, millwork, and Acoustical Ceiling Systems (ACT). We are actively seeking experienced Foremen and General Foremen to lead our field crews, manage job site production, and uphold our high standards of safety and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on commercial jobsites, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met. Direct, schedule, and mentor field crews (carpenters, framers, drywallers, and ceiling installers). Interpret project blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications. Coordinate seamlessly with project managers, general contractors, and other trades. Track material inventory, tool management, and daily logs.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience as a Foreman or General Foreman in commercial construction. Current Union and non-Union both welcome to apply.
Technical Skill:
Deep knowledge of heavy gauge metal framing, drywall installation, finishing, and/or Acoustic Ceiling Tile (ACT) systems.
Leadership:
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage crews of 5 to 20+ workers.
Safety:
Valid OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
Logistics:
