Construction Foreman Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Foreman to lead a crew of up to five team members for a commercial construction company. The role involves overseeing site work and development for large projects located in the southern Massachusetts South Shore area. The successful candidate will utilize Procore for project management and ensure accurate tracking of materials on site, reporting directly to the lead superintendent. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of up to five workers on site. Oversee site work and development for large-scale commercial construction projects. Utilize Procore software for project management and tracking. Keep accurate records of materials on site. Report project progress and issues to the lead superintendent. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience leading crews on commercial job sites. 5+ years of experience in the site development field. Proficiency in using Procore for project management. Experience with grinding, civil construction, and operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, forklifts, and backhoes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
