Job Description
The Site and Utility Construction Foreman plans, directs, and coordinates the day-to-day activities at the assigned job site. S/he is responsible for supervising all laborers and sub-contractors on-site and ensure that the cost, quality, and schedule goals for the job are accomplished through effective use of employees, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment.
