Hardscape & Landscape Construction Foreman Pay:
$25-$35 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
30-50 hours per week Potential for Year-Round Work
MUST HAVE VALID CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE!
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead hardscape and landscape construction projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead hardscape and landscape construction crews Oversee installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, plantings, and related projects Read and interpret project plans Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Maintain a safe and organized job site Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications:
Proven experience in hardscape and landscape construction Leadership or foreman experience preferred Ability to operate equipment and construction tools Valid, clean driver's license (required) Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
