Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Working Foreman to lead and actively participate in large-scale landscape construction projects throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong field experience, crew supervision, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside landscape crews on large public and private projects Coordinate daily job site operations, manpower, and materials Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project layouts Oversee installation of hardscape and landscape elements (plantings, grading, irrigation, etc.) Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met Operate equipment as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in landscape construction required Prior foreman or supervisory experience strongly preferred Experience with large-scale public and private projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of safety standards and best practices Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round
