•72/hour on eligible projectsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman / Installer to lead field crews and oversee the installation of commercial playgrounds, athletic fields, running tracks, playground equipment, and park spaces.

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity offering steady work, including winter snow operations, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and organize daily and weekly work plans for field crews.

Install commercial playground equipment and related site features according to manufacturer specifications and project drawings.

Operate equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and other construction machinery as needed.

Ensure all work meets safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations.

Provide hands-on direction, training, and support to crew members in the field.

Track crew hours and complete daily job reports.

Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, and project managers regarding site logistics, deliveries, and scheduling.

Conduct weekly safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.

Attend job-site meetings as required.

Maintain a professional and organized work environment while ensuring projects remain on schedule.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 5 years of playground installation or closely related construction experience.

Experience with playground systems such as LSI, GameTime, Kompan, or similar is strongly preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and grading plans.

Comfortable using mobile job-management tools and technology.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, project managers, and field crews.

Willingness to travel and stay overnight for 5+ days when required.

Preferred Qualifications / CertificationsHydraulic license or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

CDL Class A or B.DOT Medical Card.

CSPI certification.

NPCAI certification.
