Utility Foreman Requirements:

3-4+ years of Underground Utility Construction Experience and Leadership/Foreman Experience on Utility, Electrical, Fiber Optic, or related Infrastructure Projects required Underground Utility experience such as Electrical Systems / Conduit Installs around gas, electric, and water lines required Equipment Operation Experience (excavators, backhoes, trenchers, directional drilling, loaders, etc) required CDL A required Hoisting License required

Position Offers:

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Top Benefits Plenty of OT PTO 401k &

More Utility Foreman Responsibilities:

This role involves leading and working alongside crews on underground utility projects supporting electrical transmission and distribution in the Metro Boston area Responsibilities include overseeing job site operations, coordinating crews, reading plans, and ensuring safe conduit installation around existing utilities This is a hands-on role that includes operating heavy equipment, supporting trenching and excavation, and assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic and electrical systems, along with general site work to complete projects Ensure work is completed on schedule and to plan Enforce OSHA safety standards on site at all times Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
