Electrical Foreman Skillforce - 3.9 Baltimore, MD Job Details Full-time $60 - $70 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Electrical License Waste treatment plant experience Driver's License Managing teams as an electrician Stakeholder management Wastewater systems Full Job Description Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Foreman to work on their infrastructure projects. These projects include railways, airports, highways and utilities. This is a full-time, direct hire position working on projects in the DMV area.
Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$60-$70/hr Background check, drug screen, and MVR required Healthcare, pension, etc. Bonus potential Company vehicle depending on project Electrical Foreman Key Responsibilities Supervise all phases of electrical construction and installation activities on transportation and industrial projects. Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners/clients to schedule work. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work. Manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations. Ensure all materials, equipment, tools, and manpower are available to support project requirements. Maintain project documentation and ensure all document control procedures are followed. Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress to meet budget and schedule goals. Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues as they arise. Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements. Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all phases of construction. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. Electrical Foreman Qualifications Must be willing to join the union 3+ years of electrical supervisor experience 7+ years of electrical experience Electrical license Wastewater treatment plant experience Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
