is seeking a skilled General Superintendent to join our team. Our team works on exciting construction projects installing stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote proactive safety behavior through regular safety meetings, training, and enforcement. Ensure all field operations comply with regulatory requirements, company safety policies, and job/client-specific safety requirements and plans. Lead and guide site foreman and overall field installation for miscellaneous metals projects. Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to maintain alignment on project goals, resource planning, and issue resolution. Coordinate weekly labor schedule and delivery of equipment and materials for each job site. Guide leaders in implementing company policies and representing company values. Provide expertise and resources in installation of stairs, handrail, CMU bracing, stainless, glass handrail, finish work, AESS, rigging, equipment operation, and partitions framing. Monitor and report on project progress. Apply knowledge of the quality system and standards during planning and execution. Forecast labor needs and coordinate with field operations leadership for staffing and recruitment.
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in miscellaneous metals installation preferred. Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 and the SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes. Experience with relevant software such as Bluebeam, Trimble Connect, and Tekla. Current OSHA 30 Certificate preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Ability to fulfill daily regional travel for job site visits and occasional overnight stays.
