Overview We are seeking an experienced Tree Crew foreman to lead a 3 -person crew for a temporary assignment with potential for extension. Duties Lead and supervise 2 skilled ground crew members. Operate a bucket lift/bucket truck to safely cut and remove trees. Direct the ground crew during the tree removal operation. Oversee the use of chippers, chainsaws and other job-site equipment. Perform tree removals and vegetation clearing Handle day-to-day crew operations, safety equipment maintenance, and production. Ensure work is completed according to project standards. progress and production to management . Maintain a safe and organized worksite.

Requirements:

5 + years of experince as a Foreman in the tree removal and landscaping industry. Experience operating a bucket lift for tree removal/ ( Must be able to operate a stick shift transmisson ) Strong knowledge of tree removal, vegetation clearing and job-site safety. Previous experince leading supervision a small crew. Osha 10 certification required. Must have proper PPE safety gear. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Must be able to safely perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Pay:

$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
