Job Description

Company Overview:
Total Environmental Concepts, Inc. (TEC) is a leading Petroleum Service and Construction company serving Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. With an established customer base, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions. TEC is currently seeking a full-time Petroleum Construction Foreman to join our team, working out of our Laurel, MD office.
Position:
Petroleum Construction Foreman Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew, coordinating activities for efficiency and quality. Interpret and execute projects according to plan specifications and scope of work Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. this includes material, equipment and labor coordination. Foster positive client relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally while on the job site. Provide comprehensive field updates through accurate daily reports which should include relevant pictures of work performed or issued encountered. Submit accurate timesheets weekly on the cloud based program. Conduct site reviews with the Field Superintendent, ensuring the vast majority of material and equipment are ordered prior to project initiation. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment and vehicles. Ensure proper attire and professionalism on all job sites including enforcement of safety protocols (PPE and other policies)
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required Experience:
MDE (Maryland Department of the Environment) UST Certification Card (required).
Petroleum Construction:
5 years.
Petroleum Construction Foreman:
1 year. OSHA 40-Hour
HAZWOPER
certification (Supervisor Training preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL Class A license (preferred but not required). Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds. Strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment (e.g., backhoes, excavators, skid steers) preferred. Willingness to travel to remote job sites. Ability to resolve project challenges in a thoughtful, professional manner while communicating with other team members.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $29.00 - $37.00 (commensurate with experience and certifications). Full-time position with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic industry.
