Electrical Foreman

Position Overview We are seeking experienced and driven Foreman to oversee job site operations and lead a team of Site Electricians. This position blends hands-on electrical work with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and developing crew members. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, quality-driven, and committed to building a strong, capable team.

• Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support Site Electricians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to develop team skills Plan, organize, and coordinate daily job site activities to meet project timelines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs Enforce company safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture on-site Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, contractors, and customers Manage materials, tools, and job site resources efficiently•Qualifications Valid Maine Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required) Proven leadership experience in electrical construction Strong ability to mentor, train, and develop Site Electricians In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record•Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, 8-hour shifts with overtime opportunities Year-round employment Work performed on-site (in person) Must be able to commute to Mount Desert, ME 04660•Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Simple IRA with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development and leadership growth opportunities•If you are a skilled electrician who leads by example and takes pride in developing others, we encourage you to apply.
