• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

This pivotal role involves managing daily site operations, supervising construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction efforts accurately Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications and safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to keep projects on track Oversee budgeting processes, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and managing contracts to optimize resource allocation Conduct regular site inspections with tools like ohmmeters and heavy-duty equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained Collaborate closely with project managers to address issues promptly, update progress reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong understanding of heavy civil or pipeline projects Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management within the construction industry Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Supervising experience with a focus on safety compliance under OSHA standards and quality assurance practices Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including OSHA certifications or equivalent training Hands-on experience using tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing and managing complex construction workflows Join us as a Construction Foreman to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
