Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Foreman to lead our field crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, grading, and underground utility installation, with the ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed on time and to specification. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Oversee grading operations and underground utility installations (water, sewer, storm). Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Schedule materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently. Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Monitor job progress and maintain project timelines. Train and mentor crew members.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman in site work or civil construction.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, and underground utilities.

Equipment:

Ability to operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment.

Leadership:

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Plans:

Ability to read construction drawings and grade stakes.

License:

Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Communication:
