Job Description
▶ Apply Pipefitter Foreman - Per Diem Offered Falmouth, Michigan - Posted on September 1, 2026 Published By Francheska Gonzalez Trillium Construction is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman near Falmouth, MI to oversee a crew of 11. Key Responsibilities
- Layout, fabricate, fit, and install carbon steel, stainless steel, and HDPE piping systems per isometric and P&ID drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, P&IDs, and welding maps to determine proper fit-up and routing
- Perform HDPE pipe fusion/fitting work (PN/DR rated pipe) per spec
- Install pipe supports, hangers, and spool pieces to spec and tolerance
- Fit and align piping for welding, ensuring proper bevels, gaps, and root openings
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts to fit pipe at elevation
- Coordinate with welders, riggers, and other crafts to sequence pipe installation
- Perform pressure testing support, punch list, and QA/QC walkdowns as needed
- Follow all site-specific safety procedures, including confined space, hot work, and LOTO protocols common to refinery/LNG/RNG environments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly handle/store materials

$43Per Diem:
$178 / day for all 7 daysSchedule:
Mon - Sat, 60h / week Apply now! Qualifications- Minimum 3 years as a foreman and 8 years of experience as a journeyman pipefitter
- Experience working in refineries, LNG, or RNG plant environments strongly preferred
- Experience with HDPE pipe fusion/fitting (PN/DR rated pipe) systems
- Strong blueprint, isometric, and P&ID reading skills
- Working knowledge of pipefitting tools, layout techniques, and fit-up standards
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus); TWIC card a plus for LNG/refinery sites
- Ability to pass site-specific safety orientation, drug screen, and background check as required.
