  • Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a Construction Foreman to serve as a key field leader responsible for executing project work plans, leading crews, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
This role reports directly to the Onsite Superintendent and works closely with project management to deliver successful projects. The Foreman is the critical link between field crews and site leadership—driving production, maintaining accountability, and supporting the Superintendent in daily operations. The Foreman plays a direct role in bringing these values to life on every jobsite. Core Responsibilities Execute daily work plans as directed by the Onsite Superintendent Lead field crews with a focus on quality workmanship and production efficiency Read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate execution Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and equipment on-site Support the Superintendent in maintaining schedule and production goals Enforce all safety policies, maintaining a culture of accountability and integrity Monitor labor productivity and report progress to the Superintendent Identify field issues early and adapt to changing conditions to keep work moving Leadership & Culture Lead, train, and mentor crew members in alignment with company expectations Foster a culture of teamwork , accountability, and respect on-site Maintain strong communication with the Superintendent and project team Set the tone by leading from the front and demonstrating professionalism Support continuous improvement and development of field staff Qualifications Proven experience in a construction leadership role (Foreman or equivalent) Strong understanding of construction methods, equipment, and field operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and organizational abilities Commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job the right way Pay & Benefits $28
