Job Description
Esser Builders II is a local residential construction company located out of Mason, MI. We are looking for potential subcontractors to take on some of our work as needed. We do everything related to residential construction such as, but not limited to: deck replacements, siding replacements, additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, etc. The subcontractor must have their own crew, active insurance, tools, and transportation. They must also be able to provide examples of previous work. Pay would be determined based on the job that is subcontracted. Qualities that we look for in an ideal subcontractor are as follows, but are not limited to: Professional and advanced skills in any area of construction such as framing, siding, remodeling, etc. Quality communication Quality customer service Attention to detail Professionalism Ability to produce a high quality product Responsibilities are as follows, but are not limited to: Complete the job as quoted with quality Communicate with homeowners as needed Complete bill and turn in to employer upon completion of the job Job site clean up Keep track of materials on site Regularly communicate with employer
