Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising daily job site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with project specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate work across teams and trades. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing crews on active job sites Conduct daily job briefings, assign tasks, and set expectations Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide execution Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling, labor, and materials Monitor work progress and adjust plans to maintain project timelines and budgets Inspect work to ensure quality standards and code compliance are met Identify and resolve job site issues to maintain productivity and safety Ensure proper use, maintenance, and return of equipment and tools Verify materials delivered to the job site are accurate and in good condition Communicate updates on project progress, labor needs, and material requirements Qualifications Licensed Journeyman Plumber Minimum of 6+ years of experience on commercial plumbing projects Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and installation methods Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, and applicable building codes Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience working with large-scale commercial construction teams Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Effective communication with field teams and leadership Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration Work Environment Active construction job sites with exposure to changing weather conditions Physical demands include lifting, climbing, standing, and working with tools/equipment Exposure to typical construction site conditions (noise, dust, equipment, etc.) Schedule Full-time, typically Monday-Friday with possible overtime based on project needs
Pay:
$30.77 - $37.06 per hour
