Painting Foreman

In need of foreman for a busy painting company. You will need to be able to: Review job scopes, taking time to have a clear understanding of the job requirements. Organize and set a plan of action to complete the assigned tasks. Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared prior to painting. Oversee crews and inspects the job site throughout the day, assuring that the job is completed. Assures team is working safely, staying on time and sticking to the schedule. Must be knowledgeable of the preparation and application of paints, stains, and surface preparation. Must be able to do drywall work, mudding, and sanding. Must have experience caulking. Must have high standards of quality. Proficiency cutting and rolling, using all painters tools. Must have spraying experience. You MUST have reliable transportation to get back and forth to the jobs. Most are in the Lansing area but some are in the surrounding areas. Will provide company vehicle After 90 days of employment You must conduct yourself in a professional manner.
