Job Description

COMMERCIAL ROOFING SERVICE FOREMAN - LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Holland Roofing is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. This is more than a traditional Foreman position. We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of projects, lead crews effectively, build strong customer relationships, and operate with the level of responsibility expected of a Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing service, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to make decisions in the field while representing Holland Roofing professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial roofing service crews
  • Diagnose roof leaks and develop effective repair solutions
  • Perform roof inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding service needs and project status
  • Document work through reports and photographs
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and scheduling
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed
  • Maintain Holland Roofing's commitment to safety and quality
Qualifications:
  • Commercial roofing service experience required
  • Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing systems, and repair techniques
  • Proven leadership experience managing crews
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
