Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are executed according to project plans and safety standards Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide daily operations Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to meet deadlines Oversee site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including reviewing contracts and ensuring scope adherence Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction safety management practices Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Primavera to track progress and document issues Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating and budgeting processes Ensure proper interpretation of technical drawings and schematics for accurate implementation Lead team meetings to communicate project updates, safety concerns, and schedule adjustments Skills Extensive experience with construction site management in commercial or heavy civil projects Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, and related tools Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and federal safety regulations Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and using ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards Excellent project scheduling skills with Primavera P6 or similar tools for coordinating complex timelines Effective communication skills for managing crews, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Experience supervising construction activities on pipeline projects or large-scale infrastructure developments Ability to review contracts thoroughly and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations Knowledge of construction estimating methods for budgeting purposes Strong managerial skills with a focus on crew management and leadership in a construction environment Join us as a Construction Foreman to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
