This role is for a proven jobsite leader who can run work independently, manage small crews, coordinate with general contractors, and keep complex multi-scope projects on schedule. You will be responsible for leading installations involving: Structured cabling (data / fiber) Access control systems Video surveillance (CCTV) Fire alarm systems (multi-scope coordination environments) What You'll Do Lead day-to-day field execution of low-voltage installation projects Manage and direct a crew of up to 2 technicians Coordinate directly with general contractors, superintendents, and other trades Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field conflicts Ensure quality installation standards, system functionality, and code compliance Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and project closeout Represent Archway professionally on active commercial job sites What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in low-voltage installation (commercial preferred) Prior experience as a lead tech, foreman, or field supervisor Strong knowledge of structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate scope requirements Comfortable working in active construction environments with multiple trades Strong communication skills with GCs and project teams Self-motivated, dependable, and able to run work without close supervision Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive pay based on experience Performance bonus tied to project efficiency and hours saved Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Company-provided van Manufacturer certification and training programs Long-term advancement opportunities as we scale operations Why Archway Technology Archway Technology is a growing low-voltage systems integrator specializing in commercial and municipal construction projects .
