$100,000•$120,000, depending on experience Strong long-term opportunity with a stable and growing contractor Role Overview A growing civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on active sitework and infrastructure projects across the region. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who knows how to keep work moving safely, efficiently, and productively while maintaining high standards of quality. The right candidate will bring strong experience in civil construction, excavation, grading, utilities, or related site development work and be confident directing crews, coordinating equipment and materials, and staying ahead of jobsite needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct field crews on civil construction and sitework projects Coordinate daily work activities, crew assignments, equipment, and materials Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain schedule and production goals Read and interpret plans, grades, and project specifications Monitor workmanship and ensure work is completed to quality standards Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite Coordinate subcontractors and support smooth day-to-day field operations Track daily progress, production, and site conditions Identify and solve field issues proactively to keep work moving Ensure crews have the tools, information, and direction needed to perform at a high level Ideal Background Prior experience as a Foreman or lead field supervisor in civil construction, sitework, excavation, utilities, roadwork, or related infrastructure work Strong understanding of how to run crews and sequence work effectively in the field Ability to read plans and communicate clearly with field teams and management Experience coordinating labor, equipment, and materials on active jobsites Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability Ability to lead from the front and earn the respect of the crew Why This Opportunity Stands Out Strong compensation for an experienced field leader Opportunity to join a growing contractor with a solid pipeline of work Visible role with real day-to-day impact on projects and crews Team environment that values practical experience, leadership, and follow-through Long-term opportunity for someone who wants to be a key part of the field team If you are interested in this opportunity don't hesitate to apply!
