This position is responsible for installing seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter accessories, and related exterior components. This role also includes managing a small crew, keeping jobs moving efficiently, communicating with the office, and making sure work is completed correctly. The right candidate must have gutter installation experience, be dependable, and be able to lead by example on the job site. Duties Install seamless gutters, downspouts, elbows, miters, outlets, and related accessories Lead and manage a small gutter installation crew Measure, cut, assemble, and install gutter systems Read work orders and understand the job scope before starting Make sure jobs are completed correctly, safely, and efficiently Communicate with the office, customers, and crew members as needed Keep job sites clean and organized Inspect completed work for quality Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Represent the company professionally on job sites Skills Gutter installation experience is required Must be able to lead and manage a small crew Must be dependable and show up on time Must be comfortable working on ladders and around roofs Must be able to lift materials, tools, and equipment Must be able to work outdoors Must communicate clearly with customers, crew members, and management Valid driver's license preferred Roofing, fascia, soffit, or exterior construction experience is a plus This role is ideal for someone passionate about construction leadership who thrives in dynamic environments.
