Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Foreman, where you'll lead and coordinate on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on the construction site, you'll oversee daily operations, supervise crews, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity. Requirements Must pass drug test Min 3 years experience in carpentry and framing Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints. Manage and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide work execution accurately. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools to develop schedules, track progress, and manage budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols across the site. Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials. Coordinate with project managers on project scheduling, budgeting, contracts management, and resource allocation. Use technical tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensure all work aligns with technical specifications. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, incident logs, and inspection records for transparency and accountability. Experience Proven supervising experience in construction management roles with a strong background in construction site operations. Extensive hands-on experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar software. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control and communication. Solid understanding of contracts management and ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment on heavy construction sites. Experience working with pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is highly desirable.
