When you join our team, you can expect: A supportive, people-focused culture built on safety, respect, and accountability Weekly pay and competitive compensation A company that promotes from within and invests in leadership development Stability, consistency, and long-term career opportunity Position Summary The Traveling Foreman is responsible for leading field crews across multiple job sites, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. Primary Responsibilities Prepare and provide documents such as Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis and safety reports Interpret and track project schedule to provide two-week look ahead and forecast manpower requirements based on the project goals and schedule Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements Formally manage and request materials and supplies Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies Analyze workers, foresee any production problems and recommend solutions, such as improving production methods or implementing motivational plans Locate, measure, and mark site locations and placement of structures and equipment, using measuring and marking equipment Qualifications & Requirements 18 years of age or older Valid Driver's License A high school diploma or GED (community/technical college degree a plus, but not required) 5 years of Industry Experience Suggested Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen Ability to work 40 hours per week, and overtime as necessary Have full mobility, the ability to lift 50 pounds and work with your hands above your head Ability to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs/ladders Pay, Benefits & Growth Compensation Weekly pay via direct deposit Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance the 1st of the month after 30 days of hire Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with company matching Life insurance and voluntary benefits including accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and disability Paid vacation (accrues immediately) and paid holidays Training & Career Development On-the-job training Ongoing technical and leadership development Clear career advancement pathways — we promote from within Employee Referral Program We value the power of strong professional networks.
