This dynamic role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, from minor repairs to complex remodeling jobs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship across multiple trades. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work such as trim carpentry and door hanging Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting in accordance with safety standards and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery safely and efficiently on various projects Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, roofing, siding, and metal stud framing as needed Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and ensure proper installation of fixtures and cabinetry Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks such as rebar installation, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and demolition work Support restoration projects by performing plastering, stucco application, water damage repair, and general site cleanup

OSHA 10 OR 30 CERTIFIED

Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry, electrical systems, or handyman services Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly Familiarity with schematics for electrical wiring or mechanical systems is highly desirable Experience with flooring installation, tile laying, fixture installation, or remodeling projects is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us if you're eager to develop your skills across multiple trades while contributing to meaningful projects!
