You'll lead crews to ensure project goals are met efficiently and safely, coordinating work activities and prioritizing tasks under the guidance of the Construction or Project Manager. This role requires working outdoors and traveling across various locations along the East Coast of the USA, with travel rotations of 4 to 8 weeks at a time or be local to the specific markets. Candidates must have a proven background in telecom construction, excellent leadership capabilities, the ability to interpret blueprints, and proficiency in physical field tasks. Requirements (Must Have Before Starting) Valid Driver's License; OSHA 30 certification; NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification; Strong leadership and communication skills; Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets. Required Experience AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon L&A site Work; Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes.
