$70K-$110K (salary depends on experience) Position Overview

Lead and manage electrical crews on mission-critical projects primarily data centers, critical infrastructure, and commercial/industrial builds. Ensure safe, code-compliant installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems, maintain schedule and budget targets, and serve as the primary on-site technical point of contact for the project team and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and coordinate electrical crews on site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently and to specification.

Plan and manage daily work assignments, sequencing, manpower and tools to meet project schedule and quality goals.

Direct installation and connection of high- and low-voltage equipment including switchgear, distribution panels, UPS systems, generators, PDUs, lighting, grounding and cable tray/conduit systems.

Oversee commissioning, start-up, testing and turnover activities for mission-critical systems and ensure compliance with client and manufacturer requirements.

Perform quality inspections, verify work meets drawings, specifications and applicable electrical codes (NEC, local code), and address nonconforming work.

Enforce and model strict adherence to safety policies and procedures (OSHA, NFPA 70E), conduct toolbox talks and maintain site safety documentation. Qualifications 3+ years of Electrical Foreman experience

Experience with Mission Critical or Data Center experience preferred Valid electrician credentials (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred) or equivalent state licensure where required.

Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical theory, single- and three-phase systems, grounding, protective devices and power distribution equipment.
