Full Job Description Construction Foreman Specialization :
Civil underground utility installation (sewer, water, storm) Street grading and earthwork
Work Schedule :
Seasonal, typically April to November Flexibility based on workload and weather
Work Area :
Projects within approximately 100 miles of home office Employee commute varies based on residence and job location
Winter Operations :
Field personnel are laid off in winter, collecting seasonal unemployment Snow removal services in and around area Equipment servicing with limited opportunities for shop work
Equipment State-of-the-Art Equipment :
Equipped with Komatsu machinery featuring GPS capabilities Ability to move and service own equipment for efficiency
Compensation :
Union Wages :

$35.51/hour
ND:
$35.00/hour Rates set by the union with upcoming increases based on negotiations in
May Incentive Program :
Tiered pay bump over the union scale for foremen

Work Schedule :
56+ hours per week from April to November (weather dependent)
Monday-Thursday :
12 hours (7 AM - 7:30 PM)
Friday :
8-12 hours, typically 7 AM - 3 PM Occasional Saturday work
