As the Assistant Foreman, you will partner closely with the Foreman to keep projects moving smoothly by helping with production, materials, communication, and problem solving in the field. This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial roofing well, enjoys being the go to expert on the crew, and likes being the right-hand person without wanting a full-time managerial role.
