Job Description
JM Builders is looking for an experienced, dependable Construction Foreman to lead residential and light commercial construction projects in Rugby and the surrounding area. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, keeps projects moving, and knows how to lead a crew respectfully and effectively. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside the construction crew Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and employee assignments Keep projects on schedule and communicate progress to management Read plans, measurements, and project specifications Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Track materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project Help train and guide crew members Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers Address jobsite issues and find practical solutions Qualifications Previous construction experience is required Foreman, crew-lead, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of general construction and remodeling Ability to lead a team and hold employees accountable Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physical construction work in varying weather conditions Strong communication and problem-solving skills What We Offer Full-time, steady work Competitive pay based on experience Leadership opportunity with a growing local company Variety of construction and remodeling projects Supportive, team-focused work environment
