Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Able to work out of town for 4-5 days at a time, rare weekend Valid Drivers license required.

Skills:

Not all skills are required for position but definitely preferred Leading/managing a crew Skid steer and/or excavator experience Hauling trailers Capable of reading blueprints Understanding of elevations and slopes Operating power tools appropriately Concrete

• Flatwork, Finishing, foundation walls and formwork Basic plumbing and Basic electrical work.

General construction processes Able to assemble kits using instructions

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to lead a team effectively. Duties

• Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Read and interpret blueprints to plan construction procedures
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction workers
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
• Conduct project scheduling and ensure adherence to timelines
• Implement OSHA safety standards on job sites
• Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
• Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical work
• Oversee pipeline installations
• Utilize Prolog software for project management Requirements
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and project scheduling
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and construction estimating
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Ability to manage a team effectively and resolve conflicts
