This role is responsible for leading a small crew and managing projects from layout through completion.
Pay:
$24-$32 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Lead daily jobsite operations from start to finish Oversee deck construction including framing, decking, stairs, and railings Manage and support a small crew in the field Maintain job quality, schedule, and safety standards Communicate with project management and homeowners as needed Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively What Success Looks Like Projects are completed on time and to quality standards Crews operate efficiently and safely Work is organized and well-executed Homeowner expectations are met or exceeded Qualifications Experience in residential construction (decks preferred) Ability to lead or supervise small crews Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused #hc245347
