Job Description

The Role We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Lead Framing Foreman to spearhead our residential wood-framing projects. You aren't just a "swing-the-hammer" lead; you are the onsite engine that keeps our crews moving, ensures blueprints are followed to the letter, and maintains the highest safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Lead the
Crew:
Supervise and mentor a team of 2-4 framers, ensuring daily production goals are met.
Blueprint Mastery:
Read and interpret complex residential structural plans, identifying potential issues before they become costly mistakes.
Layout & Execution:
Take the lead on floor systems, wall plates, and roof truss installations.
Site Management:
Manage job site organization, cleanliness and keep the production schedule on track.
Quality Control:
Conduct final walk throughs to ensure walls are plumb, level and square, materials are all fastened correctly and that the house is ready for framing inspection.
What We're Looking For Experience:
5+ years of professional residential framing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of stick-framing, truss sets, and engineered wood products (LVLs, I-joists).
Leadership:
A "lead-by-example" attitude. You motivate your crew and handle onsite problem-solving with a level head.
Physicality:
Ability to work in all weather conditions, lift 75+ lbs, and work comfortably at heights.
Tools & Transport:
Must have your own professional-grade hand tools and a reliable truck/transportation to job sites. Why Join Us?
