We're looking for an experienced Foreman to lead one of our Leak Repair crews and ensure every job is done right, on time, and to the standard our customers expect. About the Role As a Foreman for our Leak Repair service, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for your crew's daily work, quality of workmanship, and customer experience. You'll take job scopes from planning through completion, keeping the crew productive and safe while making sure the customer feels taken care of every step of the way. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a crew on daily leak repair job sites, assigning tasks and keeping work on schedule Review job scope and materials needed before each job; coordinate with the office on any changes or additional needs Ensure all leak repair work meets Jerry's Waterproofing quality standards and is completed correctly the first time Train, mentor, and develop crew members, including laborers working toward advancement Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site — communicate clearly, professionally, and set correct expectations Enforce job site safety practices and ensure crew compliance with safety procedures Inspect completed work and troubleshoot any issues before job sign-off Accurately complete job documentation, time tracking, and materials usage reporting Communicate job status, delays, or issues to the Operations team in a timely manner Operate and maintain job site equipment and company vehicles responsibly What We're Looking For Prior experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, plumbing, construction, or a related trade — leak repair experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or crew supervision experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgment calls on-site Comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, and other confined or physically demanding environments Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong communication skills, especially with customers in their homes Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather A track record of reliability, ownership, and leading by example What We Offer Competitive pay, based on experience Health insurance, SIMPLE IRA w/ match, PTO, etc. Opportunityto grow with a locally owned, expanding company A clear path for advancement for those promoted up from the field
