EXPECTATIONS
Construction Foreman will have experience in concrete repair/coating in the Civil Construction Industry (i.e. DOT work) or commercial construction industry. Construction Foreman will lead team of 4+ in specialty bridge coatings and repairs Construction Foreman will review and be familiar with project plans, specifications, scope and phasing plans in conjunction with Project Manager Construction Foreman will work alongside field employees and ensure all employees assigned to the project work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project execution plan. Construction Foreman will submit daily reports to Project Manager from the field using company supplied iPad/Phone.REQUIREMENTS
DOT/Civil or commercial construction industry experience (DOT Road/Bridge/Infrastructure preferred). Construction Foreman comfortable in leadership role with excellent supervisory, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Construction Foreman must be comfortable with frequent travel (i.e. 90% of month during work season). Driver's License with clean driving record. Pre-employment Physical and Drug Screen required. OSHA 30 certification (Venture will cover cost of certification once hired if necessary)COMP AND BENEFITS
