Responsibilities As a Plumbing Foreman, you will: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and applicable building codes to ensure quality and compliance Lead and perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, equipment, and appliances Coordinate plumbing work with other trades, including electricians and HVAC technicians Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner Inspect completed and ongoing work to ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job progress Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding, and other plumbing-related tasks Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment Handle and transport equipment and materials, including heavy lifting when required Help ensure jobsites remain organized, safe, and productive Provide leadership and direction to plumbing crews to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications We're looking for a skilled plumbing professional who has: A valid New Hampshire Journeyman Plumber license Strong mechanical knowledge and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems Previous experience leading crews or managing plumbing jobsites The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship The ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills HVAC experience is a plus
