Role:

KTM Exteriors & Recycling LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Roofing Supervisor to lead our crews in NH and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee quality roofing installations and help build a team that delivers exceptional results. General Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites Ensure all roofing installations meet quality standards and project specifications Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance protocols Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics Communicate project updates and progress to management Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maintain high performance standards Inspect completed work and address any issues or deficiencies before project close-out

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on roofing experience, 1 year or more in a supervisory or lead role preferred Proficiency in shingle and metal roofing systems, flat roofing is preferred Strong knowledge of roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project plans Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights
