Join Our Team as a Plumbing Foreman Are you an experienced plumber ready to take the lead on projects and drive results in the field? We're looking for a skilled Plumbing Foreman to lead crews, manage projects, and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient execution across a variety of job sites throughout the state. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, teamwork, and delivering exceptional results while keeping projects on track and clients satisfied. What You'll Do As a Plumbing Foreman, you'll lead field operations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, manage, and hold field staff accountable on assigned projects Review blueprints, BIM models, schedules, and specifications to plan and execute work Delegate tasks and oversee daily operations to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to timelines Supervise plumbing installations including piping systems, fixtures, boilers, and drainage systems Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and company standards, including PPE requirements Coordinate with general contractors, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and project alignment Manage project documentation in Procore, including logs, RFIs, punch lists, and closeout materials Coordinate materials, purchase orders, deliveries, and backorders to keep projects on track Track progress and provide regular updates, including scheduling needs and project status reports Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices Document materials usage, equipment, and any issues encountered, and support project closeout including as-builts and owner trainings Why Join Us? What You Bring We're looking for a strong leader with deep technical knowledge and the ability to drive projects forward: Documented Master or Journeyman Plumber license (required) Valid Gas Fitting license 3+ years of plumbing trade experience Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation practices, maintenance, and repairs Thorough understanding of plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Proficiency with tools, materials, and equipment used in the plumbing trade Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead teams and build strong working relationships Strong time management and organizational skills Reliable transportationWork Environment:
