  • Full-time Straight Line Construction is Hiring a Full-Time Lead Foreman!
Straight Line Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated leader with 5-10 years of residential construction experience who can confidently manage crews, oversee projects, and ensure quality workmanship from start to finish. Our work includes home additions, remodeling, restoration projects, and other residential construction throughout the Lakes Region and surrounding areas. Pay $30.00

Benefits Company vehicle for work use Gas card provided 401(k) retirement plan Steady, full-time, year-round employment Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews on projects Coordinate daily job site operations and maintain project schedules Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards Train and mentor crew members Perform hands-on carpentry work alongside the crew as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Qualifications 5-10 years of residential carpentry/construction experience Previous leadership or foreman experience required Strong knowledge of framing, remodeling, and finish carpentry Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read plans and manage multiple tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation If you're an experienced construction professional looking to lead a great team and build high-quality residential projects, we'd love to hear from you.
