Job Details:

We are looking for someone with strong residential construction experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and can communicate professionally with both homeowners and our crews. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, and construction. You should be a quick learner in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage residential roofing, siding, solar, and window projects from start to completion. Conduct job-site inspections and ensure work is being completed according to company standards. Communicate directly with homeowners regarding project progress, questions, and concerns. Identify and coordinate repairs to roofing and siding. Inspect completed work and ensure quality before the crew leaves the property. Coordinate with subcontractors, installers, and company management. Identify potential job-site issues before they become larger problems. Take photographs and provide accurate updates from job sites. Make sure materials are being used properly and projects stay on schedule. Represent Whitman Construction LLC professionally at every job. Maintain a clean, organized job site and adherence to safety regulations (OSHA). .

Qualifications & Requirements:

Residential roofing and siding experience required; should be comfortable walking on roofs and ladders Must be able to diagnose and perform basic roofing and siding repairs. Strong knowledge of residential construction. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable speaking directly with homeowners. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Reliable and professional. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with management. Bilingual (not required)
