The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires effective leadership to supervise teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of workmanship on-site. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project planning and tracking. Oversee the reading of blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Manage project scheduling using tools like HeavyBid to optimize resource allocation. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential. Strong background in supervising construction sites with hands-on experience in various trades. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and budgeting practices. Proficient in using construction management software including Bluebeam for document management. Knowledge of pipeline construction practices is a plus. Experience with quality control protocols and techniques to ensure project integrity. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels. This role is critical for the successful execution of our projects, requiring a proactive leader who can navigate challenges while maintaining focus on quality and safety.
