Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Oso Communications Inc. is seeking a dependable, experienced, and hands-on Drop Bury Supervisor to lead and oversee our fiber drop bury crews. This role is for someone who understands the field—depth, quality, production, and people. You will be responsible for ensuring all drop bury work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while leading and developing crews in the field. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support communication with crews and ensure clear expectations on every job.Locations:
Albuquerque • Santa Fe • Las Cruces, NM & surrounding areas Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise multiple drop bury crews in the field Oversee installation and burial of fiber service lines (8-12 inch depth standard) Perform quality control checks and job site inspections Ensure proper restoration of all work sites Train, mentor, and hold crews accountable to production and quality standards Coordinate daily workload with management and dispatch Troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly and effectively Maintain clear communication between crews, management, and customers Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company expectations Requirements 3+ years of experience in fiber drop bury, underground utilities, or telecom Proven leadership experience (crew lead, supervisor, foreman, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong knowledge of hand trenching, boring, and drop installation methods Ability to manage crews and enforce quality and production standards Reliable truck/vehicle and willingness to travel between job sites Strong problem-solving and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and field-driven Compensation 1099. Paid weekly. Depends on experience. Bonus structure.
